Update - House Fire Now Investigated as Arson
Delta, BC – On April 3rd, 2025, at 3:56 AM, the Delta Police Department (DPD) attended a fully engulfed house fire in the 11500 block of 84A Ave, North Delta. Upon arrival, officers learned that all occupants of the house were accounted for, and uninjured.
On April 3rd, 2025, at 2:15 PM, the DPD issued a news release stating the fire was not suspicious; however, after the discovery of new evidence, it has been determined that the fire is, in fact, an act of arson and is under investigation.
