Sexual assault suspect arrested

Delta Police have arrested an 18 year old male from Delta in connection with a sexual assault that took place on Sunday, December 20 at South Delta Senior Secondary in Tsawwassen. The 18 year old, who cannot be named due to a publication ban has been charged with; two counts of Sexual Assault, two counts of Sexual Interference, and one count of Assault.

The 18 year old has several conditions including; no communication with the victims, and is to not go to any public park, swimming area or community centre where persons under the age of 16 years are present. The male is to appear in court in early February.
