House Fire Determined Not Suspicious
Delta, BC – On April 3rd, 2025, at 3:56 AM, the Delta Police Department attended a fully engulfed house fire in the 11500 block of 84A Ave, North Delta. Upon arrival, officers learned that all occupants of the house were accounted for, and uninjured. Delta Police supported the Delta Fire Department, who were on scene to extinguish the fire.
The fire investigation has determined that the cause of the fire was not suspicious.
The Delta Police is aware of speculation on social media suggesting the fire was related to an illegal drug laboratory. There is no evidence or suspicion of a drug lab being present at this residence or involved in this accidental fire.
As there is no criminality involved in this fire, the Delta Police will provide no further comment.
