UPDATE Sept. 4th, 2022 6:20 am

Missing person [Name removed] has been located.  The DPD wishes to express its appreciation for all the assistance provided by the public.

The Delta Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 75-year-old missing person [Name removed].  [Name removed] was last seen dropping off a relative at Deas Island park in her grey minivan on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 12:30 hours. The minivan is described as a Dodge Grand Caravan with BC license plate 761MFW. No one has seen or heard from [Name removed] since she left Deas Island Park.  [Name removed] resides on the North Shore, is not familiar with the Delta area, and is believed to be suffering with early on-set stage dementia.

Anyone with any knowledge of [Name removed] is asked to contact your local police and reference the Delta Police file 22-19860, or call Delta Police at (604)946-4411.
